• Custom and made-to-order pieces require 3–4 weeks for production.
• Once your piece is ready, we will send a final confirmation before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

• We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
• After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier operations, or unforeseen delays.

Order Changes

• Since every piece is made specifically for you, any order modifications requested during production may restart the production timeline.

Important Information

• We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
• Once an order has been shipped, delays caused by shipping carriers or address changes during transit are outside our control.
