Everything You Need to Know

Are your lab-grown diamonds certified?

Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are IGI certified. A soft copy of the certificate is typically provided within 48–72 hours after confirmation, and the physical certificate is included with your finished ring.

Can I customize this ring?

Yes. Most of our rings can be customized, including the metal, diamond shape, carat weight, setting details, engraving, and other design elements.

Will I receive a CAD design before production?

Yes. For custom orders, we provide a CAD design for your review and approval before the ring moves into production.

How long will my ring take to arrive?

Our standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks, followed by around 5–7 business days for shipping.

Can this ring be resized?

Yes. We offer one complimentary resize within 90 days of delivery, up or down by approximately one full size. Some designs, such as full eternity bands, may not be resizable.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. Restocking fees may apply depending on the jewelry and stone type.

Does the ring include a warranty?

Yes. Our jewelry includes a lifetime manufacturing warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects.

Can I see the finished ring before it ships?

Yes. We can provide a finished product video after production and quality inspection, before your order is shipped.

Can you create this design with a different diamond shape?

Yes. Many of our designs can be recreated with a different center-stone shape, such as Oval, Round, Pear, Marquise, Radiant, Cushion, Emerald, or Princess cut.
