This serial number allows us to track the piece through a detailed 26-step process, including identifying the designer, the source of the diamonds, gemstones, and metals, the quality control checks, and the shipment and purchase details. This offer even extends to custom-made rings, as long as the ring has been registered under The Altered Carbon warranty. Once registered, you can return your ring to the original store to initiate the exchange process. Our goal is to ensure you feel completely confident with your important decision.
Warranty & Repairs
Every style purchased through our website or our retail partner's site is automatically enrolled in The Altered Carbon warranty program upon shipment. You'll receive an email confirmation of this enrollment, detailing all the included benefits. For in-store purchases, please register your The Altered Carbon item within 30 days to activate the warranty by uploading your receipt and completing the form. This submission confirms that you've read the warranty terms, supported by NYC Empire Insurance Inc.
Our warranty program includes:
