Yes. All of our lab-grown diamonds are IGI certified, ensuring their authenticity and quality. We provide the IGI certificate as a soft copy within 48-72 hours of your purchase, and the original hard copy certificate is included with your order upon delivery.

Yes. All of our jewelry is covered by a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. If you ever experience a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship-related issue with your ring, we will repair it free of charge for the lifetime of the piece.

Please note that shipping costs to and from our facility are the responsibility of the customer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage caused by normal wear, accidents, misuse, or loss.

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Since all of our jewelry is custom made to order, a 20% restocking fee applies to moissanite jewelry, and a 30% restocking fee applies to lab-grown diamond jewelry.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original documentation and packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy page for complete details.

Yes. We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 90 days of delivery on eligible rings. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility.

Please note that full eternity rings cannot be resized, and eligible rings can be resized by a maximum of one full ring size (either up or down). Any resizing requested after the complimentary resize or beyond the 90-day period will incur a service fee.

Our custom design process is simple, collaborative, and tailored to your vision.

1. Share Your Inspiration – Send us your ideas, reference images, sketches, or design preferences.
2. Receive a CAD Design – Our designers create a detailed 3D CAD model of your jewelry for your review.
3. Review & Approve – You can request revisions until you're happy with the final design.
4. Handcrafted Production – Once approved, our master jewelers carefully handcraft your piece using your chosen metal and lab-grown diamond or moissanite.
5. Quality Inspection & Delivery – Every piece undergoes a thorough quality check before being securely packaged and shipped to you.

Each of our rings is handcrafted and made to order. Our standard production time is 3–4 weeks, followed by 5–7 business days for shipping, depending on your location.
