What if I want to return my order and I cannot find the certificate or appraisal?

Any item ordered with a diamond grading certificate or appraisal must accompany the returned item. A $250 fee will be charged to replace the certificate.

Will you create a custom piece of jewelry for me or make a small change?

The Altered Carbon's diamond and jewelry experts will help you create exactly what you want, simply call 1-000-000-0000.

Can I buy from you if I live outside the United States?

Are your prices flexible?

The Altered Carbon offers certified diamonds and fine jewelry at prices significantly below traditional retail with the highest quality standards in the industry.

Will you deliver on Saturdays?

We may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. Please contact a customer service representative for more information on Saturday delivery options.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched from the United States.

Delivery time is approximately 4–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

You can monitor your shipment using the tracking number provided via your account or our customer support page.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to our customers.

All international orders are carefully processed and securely shipped to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Duties and taxes are fully covered by us — you will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. For security reasons, we recommend ensuring your shipping details are accurate before confirming your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

30-Days Free Returns at Altered Carbon

The Altered Carbon is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. Our return policy becomes effective once your order has been shipped or collected.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a return shipping label will not be provided.

Return Instructions

  1. Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable protective box.
  2. Arrange return shipping using a reliable courier service of your choice.
  3. Ensure the package is securely sealed and properly addressed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with the security tag intact.
  • All return packages must have the RA# clearly written/placed on the return package.
  • Note: If different authorized returns are being shipped in the same package, write/place additional RA#s on the return package.
  • Merchandise must be shipped with pre-paid postage to the address indicated on the RA label. We suggest insuring the package for the full purchase price of the item(s) for coverage.
  • Processing for returns or repairs will begin after package is delivered to us. All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Control team before a refund is processed.
